In the case of a payment failure during the renewal of your Hubhopper Pro plan, our system will try to collect the payment 3 times in the period of 10 days. If all three tries result in payment failure, your pro plan subscription will automatically be canceled.
To prevent your Pro plan subscription from being canceled, we advise you to edit your payment method during this period to solve the issue and continue using Hubhopper Pro.
Your new subscription will automatically be renewed and a due paymet invoice will be generated against it. You'll have 14 days to make the payment via the link shared over the email reminders or via your Hubhopper account. Failure to make the payment within 14 days will result in cancellation of your subscription.
