If you've already started your trial or are an existing Pro user, you can update your billing address and payment method through the customer portal.
To access the Customer Portal:
- Click here to open the Customer Portal.
- If you've previously accepted your invite, simply log in.
- If you haven't, click on 'I Forgot my password,' then enter your Hubhopper account email address to reset your password.
Once you are logged in you will be able to view all details regarding your subscription with the Hubhopper Pro plan, which will include:-
- View your subscription details.
- Access invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Review payment history.
Update Billing Address
Here is how you can edit your billing address and as well as add your GST NO. in the case of your business.
- Go to the Home dashboard.
- Click "View More" next to the "My Details" section.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon next to either "Customer Details" or "Billing Address."
Update Payment Method
If you're in the manual payment process, you can edit your payment method during the checkout when renewing your plan through the due invoice.
Alternatively, you can edit your payment method via the customer portal:
- Go to the Home dashboard.
- Click "View More" near the "My Details" section.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the payment information you want to update.
