We're transitioning to a new billing system, previously, the Pro plan price of ₹799 was exclusive of tax. This meant that during checkout, the tax amount was added, resulting in a total of ₹942.
We are pleased to announce that we have updated our billing system to make it more transparent and user-friendly. Under the new billing system, the Pro plan price showcased is now tax-inclusive. This means that the displayed price of ₹950 includes the tax amount, and no additional charges will be added during checkout.
We believe that this change will lead to a smoother and more straightforward billing process, offering you a better overall user experience. The total cost of the Pro plan subscription remains unchanged, providing you with the same great value for your investment in Hubhopper. It is simply a shift in how it is showcased and processed during billing and invoicing.
What Happens to Current Pro Plan Paid Users?

If you were in your trial period, you'll continue to enjoy the same number of remaining days as before.
For those currently under an active subscription, your status has been transitioned to a trial period as it was the only option during the switch to our new billing system. No need to worry, though – we've extended your trial period based on the remaining days from your previously paid subscription. Keep in mind that at the end of this period, there won't be an auto-renewal, and you'll need to make a payment to resume your subscription cycle.
We understand that this adjustment may inconvenience you, but it was a necessary step to enhance the organization and standardization of our records.
Why this new billing system?

It was previously shown ₹799 and now it is showing Rs 950, why the increase?
₹799 was our pricing excluding the taxes, and ₹950 is our pricing inclusive of all the taxes. Essentially both are the same, we’ve just made the pricing clearer.
I had previously paid but now I see on my account that I am on Trial period again, why? Will I get a refund?
For those currently under an active subscription, your status has been transitioned to a trial period as it was the only option during the switch to our new billing system. No need to worry, though – we've extended your trial period based on the remaining days from your previously paid subscription. Therefore, there is no requirement for a refund as you are given the same number of days that you had previously paid for.
If I'm an existing paid user, but currently in the trial period, will my subscription renew automatically once the trial period concludes?
Regrettably, at the end of the trial period, a payment will be necessary to resume your subscription cycle. We recognize that this may pose an inconvenience, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have sent you a discount code via email to offset this. Kindly check your inbox for the same.
