How to Reorder/Rearrange Your Podcast Episodes

If you need to rearrange the order of your podcast episodes, you can easily do so by updating the episode's release date. The changes will automatically reflect across all distribution platforms, though updates may take some time depending on each platform's refresh cycle.

Steps to Update Your Episode Order

• Go to Your Studio Dashboard

  • Log in to your Hubhopper account and access your Studio Dashboard.

• Navigate to 'Edit Episodes'

  • Click on ‘Edit’ and then select ‘Edit Episodes’ from the dropdown menu.

• Select the Episode to Edit

  • Find the episode you want to move and click ‘Edit.’

• Change the Publish Date

  • Locate the ‘Published on’ field and click the date box.
  • Select your preferred release date to adjust the order.

• Save Your Changes

  • Click ‘Update’ to apply the changes.

Important Notes

• The latest episode (newest publish date) will always appear at the top, while older episodes will be listed below.
• Changes may take some time to reflect on external platforms based on their refresh cycle.
