Hubhopper Podcast Awards Procedure
Podcast eligibility
All podcasts, irrespective of hosting platforms, are allowed to take part. To submit your podcast under any of the Hubhopper Awards categories, your podcast should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- It should have at least 5 episodes
- The latest episode is to be after January 1st, 2024 (Note: For the Rising Star category, your entire show should be published after January 1st, 2024)
- A podcast can only be nominated for a single award category
- Podcast must be in the English language for our jury members to be able to review
Podcast nomination and voting
All eligible podcasters can nominate their show through our online portal. Our internal team will verify your application and see if the eligibility criteria are met. You will be notified of your application status over mail.
Once the nominations are closed, you will be provided the voting link that you can share with your fans and network. Nominees must get as many votes as possible before the deadline.
Winner’s selection
The top 3 podcasts with the highest votes in each category will qualify for the final round, where our jury members will examine them under the following criteria:
- Narration
- Content quality
- Audio production
- Creativity
Each jury member will cast their votes to choose a winner from each category.
