Recurring payment:
In the case of a payment failure during the renewal of your Hubhopper Paid plan, our system will try to collect the payment 3 times in the period of 10 days. If all three tries result in payment failure, your plan subscription will automatically be canceled.
To prevent your Pro plan subscription from being canceled, we advise you to edit your payment method during this period to solve the issue and continue using Hubhopper Pro. Our system will email you after each try and it's status.
Non-Recurring payment:
Our system will keep trying reaching out to you to make your payment to continue your subscription. You'll have 10 days to make the payment via the link shared over the email reminders or via your Hubhopper account. Failure to make the payment within 10 days will result in cancellation of your subscription.
