How do I request for a refund for my LTD (lifetime deal) license?

If you had previously purchased the LTD plan via the AppSumo marketplace and is still viable to request for a refund, you will need to reach out to the AppSumo support team at support@appsumo.com. 

You can also visit your AppSumo account and go to your 'Products' section where you will be able to request for a refund for the respective products.
