Teams Feature in Hubhopper LTD

The 'Teams Feature' is a crucial asset for agencies and podcasters, providing a collaborative environment that enhances efficiency and project management. With this feature, agencies and podcasters can invite team members to join and contribute to their podcasting endeavors. The ability to assign specific roles and control accessibility ensures a streamlined workflow.

For instance, team members can collaborate on episode creation, editing, analytics, and distribution, each handling tasks according to their designated roles. How to Set up Teams

To kickstart your team-building journey, make sure you've activated your LTD. Once that's sorted, head over to the left-hand side of your dashboard and find the Teams section:

1. Select the podcast or podcasts you want to assemble a team for.
2. Give your team a name.
3. Start inviting team members and assigning their roles.

Once invited, your team members will need to accept the invite and create an account on Hubhopper to gain access to your team.

Team Roles

Let's break down the roles and their access levels within the team-building feature:

• Owner: Holds the reins with full control, managing everything, including account subscriptions.
• Manager: Oversee and manage team members, edit and create episodes, as well as handle distribution and analytics prefixes.
• Editor: Tasked with editing podcasts and episodes, creating new episodes for assigned podcasts, and delving into podcast analytics and distribution.
• Analyst: Granted access to the dashboard, with the ability to explore podcast analytics within a team. Limited to these functions without additional capabilities.

How To Accept Invite

If you are already an existing Hubhopper user, you will find your invite on your dashboard's notification bell icon. Click there to view your invite.

You will then need to accept the invite to gain access the the invited team:

If you do not have an account on Hubhopper, you will find your invite in your email inbox. Click on the invite and follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Join team' on the email sent to your inbox
2. Sign up and create an account on Hubhopper with the designated email address
3. Accept the team invite via your notification bell icon dashboard

More Than One Team

If you are part of more than one team, you can choose to access any team via your team dashboard.

• Click on 'Choose this team'
• Select the 'Podcast' you wish to access in that team
• Continue viewing & editing the selected podcast

To go back to your account, simply click on 'Back to personal' via your Team dashboard.

Can I invite an email address currently associated with a Hubhopper account?
Absolutely, you can invite them. Once they accept the invitation, they'll gain access to your team through their own account's team dashboard.

What if my teammate's Hubhopper account is currently on the Basic plan? Can I still invite them to my team?
Yes, you can invite them regardless of their current plan. They'll need to accept the invite to join your team.

How many people can I invite?
You can invite people as per your tier level.

How do I remove a team member?
Navigate to Teams > Members > Choose the team members you wish to remove.

How do I change the roles of my team members?
Head to Teams > Members > Choose the team members for whom you wish to change roles.

How many teams can I create?
You can create only one team.

How many podcasts can I assign to my team?
You can assign as many podcasts as you've created on your account to your team.

What happens to my Team members if I refund my LTD?

If you are the owner of the team and you refund your LTD, all other team members will not be able to access the team project. You can opt for our Pro plan if you wish to return the LTD but still want access to Teams feature.

Can I access the team feature on the mobile app?

Currently, the team feature access is only available on the Website. We will soon be introducing the same on the mobile app. Stay tuned!
