This feature is available on the Growth plan.
How to Set up Teams
To kickstart your team-building journey, make sure you're subscribed to a Hubhopper Growth plan. Once that's sorted, head over to the left-hand side of your dashboard and find the Teams section:
- Select 1 podcast you want to assemble a team for.
- Give your team a name.
- Start inviting team members and assigning their roles.
Once invited, your team members will need to accept the invite and create an account on Hubhopper to gain access to your team.
You can set up multiple teams and select the specific podcast you want to add to each team. This allows you to control which team members have access to certain podcasts
Team Roles
Let's break down the roles and their access levels within the team-building feature:
- Owner: Holds the reins with full control, managing everything, including account subscriptions. Owner has the following access:
- Create podcasts for that team
- Add or remove podcasts from the team
- Edit and delete podcast
- Create, edit, distribute, and delete episodes
- Manage team by adding team members, and assigning roles
- View Analytics
- Create & Edit Campaigns
- Manager: A manager has the following access:
- Edit podcast
- Create, edit, distribute and delete episodes
- View Analytics
- Manage team by adding team members, and assigning roles
- Create & Edit Campaigns
- Editor: An editor has the following access:
- Edit podcast
- Create, edit, and distribute episodes
- View analytics
- Edit Campaigns
- Analyst: The analyst has the following access:
- View podcast
- View episodes
- View analytics
How To Accept Invite
If you are already an existing Hubhopper user, you will find your invite on your dashboard's notification bell icon. Click there to view your invite.
You will then need to accept the invite to gain access the the invited team:
If you do not have an account on Hubhopper, you will find your invite in your email inbox. Click on the invite and follow these steps:
- Click on 'Join team' on the email sent to your inbox
- Sign up and create an account on Hubhopper with the designated email address
- Accept the team invite via your notification bell icon dashboard.
More Than One Team
If you are part of more than one team, you can choose to access any team via your team dashboard.
- Click on 'Choose this team'
- Select the 'Podcast' you wish to access in that team
- Continue viewing & editing the selected podcast
To go back to your account, simply click on 'Back to personal' via your Team dashboard.

Can I invite an email address currently associated with a Hubhopper account?
Absolutely, you can invite them. Once they accept the invitation, they'll gain access to your team through their own account's team dashboard.
What if my teammate's Hubhopper account is currently on the Basic plan? Can I still invite them to my team?
Yes, you can invite them regardless of their current plan. They'll need to accept the invite to join your team.
How many people can I invite?
With the current Hubhopper Growth plan, you can invite up to 8 team members.
How do I remove a team member?
Navigate to Teams > Members > Choose the team members you wish to remove.
How do I change the roles of my team members?
Head to Teams > Members > Choose the team members for whom you wish to change roles.
How many teams can I create?
You can create multiple teams. But only one podcast can be assigned to each team.
How many podcasts can I assign to a team?
You can assign onnly one podcast as you've created on your account to your team.
What happens to my Team members when my trial period/subscription ends?
If you are the owner of the team and your Growth plan subscription comes to an end, all other team members will not be able to access the team project.
Can I access the team feature on the mobile app?
Yes, You can access this feature on your mobile app as well.
